Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels.
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns and oversee web analytics and performance dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team, coordinating with e-commerce, brand, and content teams.
- Align performance targets with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, manage budgets, and test approaches to improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing skills, including campaign planning, optimization, and ROI-focused execution.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
- Experience setting KPIs, tracking results, and implementing improvement plans.
- Team leadership skills and experience guiding and developing marketing or growth teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in digital retail, luxury, or jewellery e-commerce is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior leadership experience in a performance-focused role is highly valued.
