Job description
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated **Registered Nurse with Infection Control experience** to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will support the implementation of infection prevention and control practices, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and assist in maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
- Conduct infection surveillance and report findings to the management.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations.
- Educate healthcare staff on infection prevention practices and protocols.
- Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and waste management procedures.
- Investigate and report infection control incidents.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives related to infection control.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to infection control activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DOH Registered Nurse License or eligibility.
- Proven experience in Infection Control within a healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention guidelines and healthcare safety standards.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.
Preferred
- UAE healthcare experience.
- Infection Control certification or training.
Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
