Industrial Engineer - Manufacturing Operations

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.

5+ years of professional engineering experience.

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Experience identifying production or process issues and implementing improvements using Lean Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

Lean Six Sigma certification.

Experience in a complex industrial manufacturing environment.

Experience providing direct engineering support on the production floor.

Experience analyzing production metrics and process capability.

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Must be capable of working both independently and in a team environment

A highly motivated problem solver who is well organized with strong project management skills

Strong analytical skills to evaluate manufacturing processes

Thorough understanding of production metrics and process capability

Ability to interface with various levels of employees and influence change
