Overview
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting the consultant and participating in the redesign and re-engineering of operational processes via:
- Carrying out gap analysis and assessing the effectiveness of organizational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and expected outcomes.
- Identifying and gathering business process needs and stakeholder requirements, including analyzing the impact on existing policies and procedures.
- Mapping end-to-end business processes (as-is and to-be), analyzing performance outcomes, and designing required forms and templates.
- Reviewing, drafting, and updating policies and procedures in line with best practices and applicable standards.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Ensuring alignment and integration between policies, procedures, process maps, and operational practices, while coordinating with stakeholders for validation and implementation.
- The candidate must have prior hands-on experience in developing policies and procedures manuals within the UAE context, preferably in government or semi-government entities.
