Tanzeem Heavy Equipment Rental is hiring an Indoor Sales Representative in Dubai.

Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and conduct cold calling to generate rental inquiries and new business.
- Follow up with customers, leads, quotations, and pending inquiries.
- Build customer databases and profile customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable equipment and develop long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations within company guidelines.
- Coordinate equipment availability, delivery, collection, deployment, and rental order completion.
- Maintain sales activity records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor opportunities, achieve assigned targets, resolve customer issues, and share market feedback.
Candidate requirements
- At least two years of tele-sales or indoor sales experience is required.
- A Graduate or Master’s degree is preferred.
- Heavy equipment rental, equipment sales, fleet operations, construction equipment, or related industry experience is advantageous.
- Good command of English and Hindi is required.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, cold calling, follow-up, and customer relationship management is required.
- Customer profiling, database management, computer, Excel, reporting, coordination, and customer-handling skills are required.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple customer and operational activities.
- The role requires independent work and effective coordination with sales, operations, and fleet teams.
Work setting
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Work Location: In person.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
