Job Description
Al Asayel Health and Safety FZE is seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Indoor Sales Representative** to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, handle customer and supplier portals, prepare quotations, and support internal coordination — all from our JAFZA-based office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and customer portal communications.
- Identify and reach out to potential new customers.
- Prepare, follow up, and close quotations and sales orders.
- Source new suppliers to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with customer service team, logistics, procurement, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Prior experience in indoor sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP B1 is a plus).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
