We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Indoor Sales Executive who can communitacte in Malayalam & hindi to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and converting prospects into successful sales through phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and direct in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Promote company products/services to potential customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales reports
