We are looking for an experienced **South Indian Cook (Kerala)** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing authentic South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, chutneys, meals, biriyani, and curries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes daily.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage food preparation schedules and inventory.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work effectively with the kitchen team and management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a South Indian cook or chef.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joining preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
