Job summary
Provide one-to-one academic, social and behavioral support to help a student access learning, participate in school activities and develop independence.
Key responsibilities
- Support individual learning goals and classroom activities.
- Implement IEPs and agreed learning and support strategies.
- Encourage student confidence, communication and independence.
- Monitor and record student progress.
- Work closely with teachers, SEN/Inclusion staff, parents and specialists.
- Promote positive behavior and student wellbeing.
- Follow safeguarding, confidentiality, health and safety, and school policies.
Qualifications and skills
- Relevant education/SEN qualification or experience is preferred.
- Experience working with children is desirable.
- Strong communication, patience, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Tagalog speaker required.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
- Dubai is preferred.
