Patient Relationship Executive in the service and customer support function at Care24 Health Care.
Supports customer communication primarily by phone and helps ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, conduct follow-ups, and gather post-service feedback.
- Manage inbound calls and answer questions about services, availability, procedures, and protocols.
- Educate customers about services, offerings, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and call outcomes in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth scheduling.
- Send appointment reminders, payment follow-ups, and updates by call, SMS, or email.
- Handle concerns and complaints empathetically; escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist with customer-handling administration, call logs, and documentation.
Candidate requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or coordination roles.
- At least 1 year of healthcare or hospital experience is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; regional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage high call volumes, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or appointment scheduling tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 4,500 per month.
Schedule
