Overview
Tendain Kitchen is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Chef with strong expertise in Indian cuisine to join our team in Dubai.
We are specifically looking for a chef with deep knowledge, strong technical skills, and true understanding of Indian cuisine, ingredients, spices, cooking techniques, and flavor development.
Requirements
- Extensive experience and very strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Proven ability to create, develop, and experiment with Indian dishes and concepts
- Creative mindset with strong food innovation skills
- Strong understanding of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques
- Ability to develop menus and improve food presentation
- Maintain high food quality and kitchen standards
- Leadership and team management skills
Preferred
- Experience in cafés, restaurants, food trucks, or live cooking concepts
- Passion for creating unique and exciting Indian food experiences
