· Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment tracker updates.

· Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees, including document collection and verification.

· Support employee lifecycle activities such as changes in employee details, and separation documentation.

· Assist in maintaining and updating employee information on Workday and other HR systems.

· Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related data validation and coordination with relevant teams.

· Assist with employee benefits and insurance administration, including enrollment coordination and maintaining related records.

· Support statutory compliance activities by maintaining documentation and assisting with the preparation of reports and records.

· Help prepare HR reports, trackers, presentations, and other People Operations-related documents.

· Coordinate with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders to address routine HR queries and follow up on pending requirements.

· Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives, as required.

· Maintain the confidentiality of employee information and ensure the secure handling of HR records.

· Perform additional People Operations tasks as assigned by the team.

Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable.

• Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn HR systems, processes, and applicable statutory requirements.
