Prepare bakery products for customer purchase under the direction of the Bakery Manager.
Contribute to an environment focused on employee and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs.
- Perform bakery administration and prepare baked items for sale.
- Maintain the bakery production area.
- Provide bakery training to new staff.
- Adhere to and implement applicable company standards.
Requirements
- Basic level of bakery knowledge is required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of three months of experience.
