Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Java full-stack development teams and oversee solution delivery from planning through production.
• Define supply chain solutions, lead customer discovery and design sessions, and validate solution designs.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering, experimentation with generative AI, and AI model lifecycle management.
• Advise on process transformation, workflows, reference architectures, and design-authority governance.
• Deliver customer-specific demonstrations and connect design decisions to operational and financial value.
• Collaborate across teams to support adoption, retention, and value realization; identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Mentor teams in AI-first engineering and modern development practices.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years in a customer-facing supply chain domain, solution consulting, or consultative sales, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience working with AI/ML teams or leading AI initiatives, and leading global or distributed teams and large-scale programs.
• Experience in supply chain or warehouse management and a record of delivering measurable customer business impact.
• Strong stakeholder communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Technical and consulting skills

• Experience leading customer blueprinting, design, and solution validation; deploying and configuring SaaS supply chain solutions.
• Knowledge of change management, integrations, project lifecycles, enterprise architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration strategies.
• Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, React.js, modern frontend practices, and large-scale full-stack enterprise applications.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, and AI integration such as chatbots, copilots, assistants, or automation workflows.
• Blue Yonder product experience is strongly preferred.
