- Previous luxury hotel, restaurant, or In-Room Dining experience preferred
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm, professional, and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining LQA Standards throughout all aspects of service
