Role Purpose
The Technical Lead – Digital Solutions drives architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise digital solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and AI-enabled platforms.
The role calls for a hands-on architect with full-stack development expertise and experience building scalable, secure, modern digital products.
Solution Architecture
- Define end-to-end architecture for digital products and enterprise applications.
- Create architecture blueprints, solution building blocks, technical standards, and reference architectures.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable web, mobile, cloud, and AI solutions.
- Architect cloud-native solutions using hyperscaler platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Drive technology selection, solution design reviews, and architectural governance.
Digital Solution Development
- Lead design and development of enterprise web and mobile applications and provide technical leadership to full-stack teams.
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps, CI/CD, APIs, microservices, and modern engineering practices.
- Integrate AI/GenAI, cloud services, enterprise platforms, and third-party systems into digital solutions.
- Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability.
Technical Delivery and Planning
- Lead and mentor developers and technical specialists; own delivery from architecture through deployment and stabilization.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and execution challenges and ensure architecture standards, coding practices, and delivery commitments are met.
- Develop technical proposals, solution approaches, and implementation roadmaps.
- Create effort estimates, resource plans, and cost estimates; support technology evaluations, feasibility assessments, and project planning.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and digital solution delivery.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale application development initiatives.
- Experience managing technical teams and end-to-end solution delivery.
Technical Competencies
- Strong full-stack application development expertise and experience with enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience integrating AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into business applications.
- Knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with enterprise platforms and complex system integrations.
- Enterprise Architecture certification from TOGAF or equivalent is preferred.
