Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Enter data through trackers and perform overall data entry tasks on the invoice form site.
• Review invoices, validate information for accuracy, and update records in internal systems.
• Process data according to established guidelines and service level agreements.
• Handle case-related queries, maintain documentation, and track work queues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Have 1–2 years of experience in data entry, invoice processing, back-office operations, or a similar support role.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email drafting.
• Have good attention to detail and basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills

• Clinical trials, CTAs, project coordination, documentation management, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, compliance, and clinical operations support.
• Strong Excel proficiency, reporting capabilities, accurate data entry, payment-related data handling, and good communication skills.
