Role overview

Location and work arrangement

• Hyderabad, India, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Enter site-invoice data through trackers and perform overall data-entry tasks.
• Manage cases, review invoices, and validate information for accuracy.
• Update records in internal systems and process data under established guidelines and SLAs.
• Handle case-related queries, maintain documentation, and track work queues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Experience and education

• Requires 1-2 years of data entry, invoice processing, back-office operations, or similar support experience.
• Requires graduation in any discipline.
• Requires strong verbal and written communication and the ability to draft professional emails.
• Requires attention to detail, basic analytical and problem-solving skills, and accurate multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Primary skills

• Strong Excel proficiency, reporting capability, accurate data entry, and payment-related data handling.
• Knowledge areas include clinical trials, CTAs, project coordination, documentation management, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, compliance, and clinical operations support.
