Overview

**INNOVATION WORLDWIDE DMCC** is a well-established international trading house in Dubai, we deal with supplies of Ore, Ferrous Alloys, Carbon Products, Cored Wire, and base metals.

Job Description

  • Prepare, check, and maintain all Import/Export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Bills of Lading/Airway Bills.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for the procurement of goods.
  • Draft and manage Sales Contracts (SC) for the sale of goods.
  • Handle and process Letters of Credit (LC); prior experience is mandatory.
  • Prepare detailed Shipping Instructions in line with buyer requirements and LC terms.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic or hard-copy records of all export files and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with sellers to ensure all shipping documentation complies with buyer specifications.
  • Compile and prepare complete sets of shipping documents for buyers.
  • Monitor and track shipments through online systems.
  • Manage switching of Bills of Lading with shipping line offices in Dubai.
  • Follow up on document clearance, delivery status, and payment processes upon arrival of goods.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English Writing and Speaking.

Qualification

  • Graduation with a minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export documentation.
  • ***Please do not apply without prior experience in the letter of credit (L/C) documentation.***

  • ***Our starting salary package is 3000 AED to 4500 AED as per experience. Please apply if you are agreeing to our salary.***

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
