Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance / Finance Officer(Semi-Qualified CA) to join our growing team .In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and supporting compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and record all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime
• Prepare and maintain VAT documentation and filings, ensuring UAE VAT compliance
• Support and maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including audit preparation and compliance
• Handle DUNS documentation and assist in related audits
• Conduct internal financial audits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Manage and review Letters of Credit (LCs) and other international trade documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements to ensure effective cash management
• Track and manage renewals, statutory licenses, and regulatory compliance
• Analyze financial instruments and prepare analytical/opinion reports for management
• Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and improved cash flow
• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Requirements

A degree in Finance, Accounting.

CA/ CA Intermediate/ CMA Is mandatory.

Proficient in using Tally Prime accounting software and bookkeeping.

Strong diligence and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Pay: AED 4,000.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month

Education: Bachelor's (Mandatory)

License/Certification: Tally Certification (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 4 -5 years

Tools: Tally, Microsoft Office

Language Requirement: English well spoken and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
