Position summary

Project delivery

• Plan and manage assigned client implementation projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage milestones, deliverables, risks, timelines, and follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information.
• Maintain project communication plans and coordinate internal and client meetings, agendas, and action items.
• Manage change requests and document impacts to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate data conversion and integration activities.
• Help ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate training materials, documentation, and user guides; support clients during implementation and transition.
• Assist with post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.
• Use and learn organizational technology systems and perform other duties supporting the director.

Required qualifications

• 3–5 years managing IT or software implementation projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience delivering IT projects using Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder reviews.
• Experience in the insurance industry, such as insurers, MGAs, brokers, or insurance software.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT for project delivery, and sound judgment reviewing and validating outputs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Miro, Claude, and ADO.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and proactively solve problems.
• Client-facing experience is considered an asset.
