Position Summary

Lead customers through successful BigTime product implementations from project kickoff through go-live.

Manage implementation projects, guide configuration and best practices, and prepare customers for daily platform use.

Deliver additional services such as training, workflow optimization, stabilization assessments, and other approved engagements.

Implementation Ownership

  • Establish the client relationship and identify core business drivers throughout implementation.
  • Build and maintain implementation timelines and share updated plans before client sessions.
  • Identify at-risk implementations, document risks, and create recovery plans with the Relationship Manager.
  • Own end-to-end data migration and close implementations once clients are stable and confident.

Project Management and Delivery

  • Run implementations with defined scope, milestones, timelines, ownership, risks, and stakeholder management.
  • Schedule and lead working sessions, document recaps, and adjust scope and timelines transparently.
  • Escalate platform issues and enhancement requests that could place implementations at risk.
  • Deliver training, workflow optimization, invoice calculators, XML invoice templates, reporting, and other approved services.
  • Advise customers on BigTime best practices for time tracking, billing, invoicing, reporting, and project management.

Collaboration and Documentation

  • Work with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Support to maintain a consistent client experience.
  • Consult with Sales and Solutions Consulting about nonstandard configuration needs before implementation.
  • Maintain implementation plans, timelines, decisions, risk flags, status, and opportunity fields in Salesforce.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements against defined timelines and milestones.
  • Build project plans and status reporting without heavy oversight.
  • Translate legacy workflows into best-practice BigTime configurations.
  • Lead client stakeholders through working sessions and difficult conversations.
  • Use strong written communication for follow-up emails, recaps, and Salesforce documentation.
  • Identify at-risk clients early and escalate appropriately.

Preferred Experience

  • Professional services, implementation, or client-facing consulting experience, ideally in SaaS or PSA.
  • Workflow automation experience using Claude or other generative AI tools.
  • Data migration and post-implementation services experience.
  • Integration troubleshooting experience, including QuickBooks Online sync.
  • Working knowledge of BigTime time tracking, billing, invoicing, project setup, and reporting.

Compensation

  • Expected salary is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with individualized determination based on relevant factors.
  • The position includes a competitive benefits package and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses.
