Implementation Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout implementation.
• Facilitate client onboarding onto the Clearwater platform and conduct client training.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to relevant parties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation.
• Provide consultancy to align project objectives with project plans.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager.
• Learn independently and reach out to designated resources when support is needed.

Required skills

• Beginner-level Excel skills, including basic formulas and formatting.
• Strong accounting knowledge and ability to understand and apply basic accounting rules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including solving complex math problems.
• SQL and relational database concepts are preferred.
• Securities or financial markets knowledge, including derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income, is preferred.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
