About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Videographer to join our Dubai team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for filming, directing, and editing high-quality video content for social media, property showcases, company branding, and marketing campaigns.
This role requires strong knowledge of video production, creative direction, camera work, lighting, framing, and editing.
The Videographer will be expected to create both short-form and long-form content for social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Film high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media, property showcases, company branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop creative video concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and visual directions based on marketing goals.
- Capture professional property tours, lifestyle videos, agent profiles, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional reels.
- Provide creative direction during shoots, including framing, lighting, camera movement, angles, and scene composition.
- Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, transitions, sound, colour correction, captions, and overall visual quality.
- Create content that is optimised for different social media formats, including reels, stories, shorts, landscape videos, and vertical videos.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and property promotions.
- Manage video files, organise footage, and ensure all final content is delivered on time and in the required format.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Content Creator.
- Strong knowledge of filming, camera settings, lighting, angles, framing, and composition.
- Excellent video editing skills for both short-form and long-form content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest fresh ideas, concepts, and directions for videos.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms, especially Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of storytelling, visual flow, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage shoots from concept to final edit.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality content under deadlines.
- Photography skills are a plus.
