As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a reliable and organised Admin / Receptionist to support the daily operations of the office and help ensure the team runs efficiently.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator with a real estate background to join their Dubai office.
This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organised, well-presented, and confident managing front desk duties, client communication, office coordination, and real estate administration.
The successful candidate will support the sales team, manage enquiries, coordinate appointments, maintain documents, and assist with real estate-related processes.
Previous experience within a Dubai real estate company would be highly beneficial, especially someone who understands RERA, DLD, Trakheesi, Dubai Land Department procedures, and general real estate documentation.

Responsibilities
· Manage reception and front desk duties in a professional and welcoming manner
· Answer phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and client enquiries
· Greet clients, visitors, candidates, and business partners at the office
· Support property consultants and management with daily administrative tasks
· Schedule meetings, consultations, viewings, interviews, and follow-ups
· Maintain accurate client records, property documents, internal trackers, and office files
· Assist with property listing administration and document preparation
· Support the team with RERA, DLD, Trakheesi, and Dubai Land Department-related paperwork where required
· Coordinate with agents, clients, developers, and external service providers
· Help ensure all documents, records, and processes are organised and up to date
· Monitor office supplies, filing systems, and general office organisation
· Support management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
· Previous experience in real estate administration is preferred
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is desirable
· Must be based in Dubai or able to work full-time in Dubai
· Strong understanding of Dubai real estate processes, systems, and terminology
· Knowledge of RERA, DLD, Trakheesi, Dubai Land Department procedures, and UAE labour law is an advantage
· Professional communication skills in English
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills
· Confident handling calls, client enquiries, scheduling, and office coordination
· Good attention to detail and ability to manage documents accurately
· Presentable, punctual, reliable, and professional
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
