We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting clients on immigration services, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients regarding immigration and visa services.
- Assess client requirements and recommend suitable immigration programs.
- Conduct consultations via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with processing and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on immigration programs and company services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education consultancy, travel, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
