Immigration Consultant / Sales Expert / Sales Manager

About This Role

We Are Hiring For:
1. Immigration Sales Consultant

• Handle inbound leads and conduct client eligibility assessments
• Advise on PR, work permits, and visit visas for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records

2. Immigration Team Leader

• Supervise 3–4 Sales Consultants and monitor daily KPIs
• Coach the team to improve conversion rates
• Review client files and handle complex case escalations

3. Immigration Sales Manager

• Lead, mentor, and scale the entire sales team
• Set targets, conduct performance reviews, and implement reward strategies
• Align sales with marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and build a hybrid-ready team culture

Key Responsibilities (Across Levels):

• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales process
• Stay updated on immigration laws and visa regulations
• Use CRM tools for tracking, reporting, and forecasting
• Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead conversion
• Foster a positive, results-driven team environment

What We’re Looking For:

For Consultant Level:

• 1+ year in immigration/visa/travel sales
• Knowledge of PR, work permits, and visit visas

For Team Leader Level:

• 2+ years in immigration sales, with 1+ year in a supervisory role

For Sales Manager Level:

• 2–3 years in overseas immigration sales, with 1+ year as a team lead/supervisor

For All Roles:

• Fluent in English + any two of: Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Law, International Relations, Business, etc.)
• Tech-savvy with MS Office, CRM, and digital collaboration tools
• Strong communication, closing, and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
