About This Role
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to immigration and visa services
- Conduct consultations to understand client profiles and immigration goals
- Explain immigration pathways, visa requirements, timelines, and service packages
- Assess client eligibility for programs such as PR, work permits, study visas, business immigration, and citizenship-by-investment
- Maintain strong follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and CRM systems
- Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with case processing teams for smooth client onboarding
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and market trends
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
- Requirements
- Experience in sales or immigration consulting.
