IAM/PAM Resident Cybersecurity Engineer- Riyadh-KSA

Role overview

Operations and support

• Manage daily operations, incidents, service requests, and planned changes with the customer's Cybersecurity team.
• Administer and troubleshoot One Identity IAM, Safeguard PAM, Defender MFA, and miniOrange SSO.
• Support user provisioning, privileged access, MFA policies, SSO integrations, access reviews, and authentication troubleshooting.
• Monitor integrations with Active Directory, applications, servers, network devices, and VPN platforms.

Data protection and service improvement

• Monitor DCS and DLP policies, investigate incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate policy changes.
• Perform health checks and review logs and alerts; recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate vendor and implementation-partner support for complex issues and track resolution.
• Support testing, upgrades, disaster recovery exercises, and onboarding of additional applications or systems.

Documentation and reporting

• Maintain configuration records, operating procedures, incident reports, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Report status, risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities to the customer's Cybersecurity team.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years implementing or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands-on administration and troubleshooting of One Identity IAM, Safeguard PAM, and Defender MFA; hands-on miniOrange SSO and enterprise application integration experience.
• Working knowledge of DCS and DLP architecture, policies, incidents, and operational support.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Windows and Linux, networking, certificates, and SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Direct customer technical or cybersecurity team experience; clear communication, documentation, and issue management skills.

Preferred experience

• Fortra DCS/DLP, Aruba ClearPass NAC, Oracle Audit Vault and Database Firewall, or similar solutions.
• High availability, disaster recovery, and enterprise change management experience.
• Relevant product or cybersecurity certifications.
