Job Summary

Niceone is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Salesperson to join our Jeddah team.

The successful candidate will develop new business, manage customer accounts across retail and wholesale channels, execute daily sales activities to achieve regional targets, and represent the Niceone brand professionally.

This role requires strong communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts. Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, accurate order placement, and high satisfaction levels.
  • Territory Coverage: Plan and manage daily routes and customer visits within Jeddah to maximize market coverage, ensure product availability, and execute merchandising plans.
  • Merchandising & Displays: Ensure products are displayed, priced, and replenished according to brand standards and promotional schedules.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status. Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM or sales systems as required.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and communicate insights to the sales manager.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure order accuracy, timely deliveries, and effective promotion execution.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues professionally and promptly to maintain trust and a positive brand image.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in FMCG, retail, or distribution. Strong candidates who are recent graduates with commercial aptitude will be considered.
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Organization: Strong planning and time-management skills, including route planning and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Technology: Comfortable using smartphones, CRM systems, and MS Office for reporting and communication.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel throughout Jeddah and work flexible hours as required. Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Legal Eligibility: Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
