Hygiene Operator- Nightshift- Monday - Friday

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Hygiene Operator to join our night shift team at our chilled processed potato facility in Airdrie.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent hygiene standards throughout the production and processing areas, ensuring all equipment, machinery and workspaces are cleaned and sanitised in line with company procedures, food safety standards and health & safety requirements.

You will be expected to:

Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures.

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping.

Demonstrate a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe practices.

Support quality standards and customer requirements at all times.

Contribute to environmental and waste reduction initiatives.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to work safely and follow procedures.

Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Flexible approach to work and overtime where required.

Previous hygiene, cleaning or food manufacturing experience.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.
