As a

Hygiene Manager

, you’re not just maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating a safe, healthy, and compliant environment that ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and exceptional stay.

Responsibilities

  • Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Lead hygiene and food safety operations: Oversee the implementation of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all hotel operations, ensuring full compliance with Hilton policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and audits: Perform routine hygiene inspections, monitor critical control points, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest operational standards.
  • Drive compliance and risk management: Develop and maintain HACCP documentation, hygiene records, and food safety procedures while ensuring all departments adhere to established protocols.
  • Train and develop teams: Deliver food safety and hygiene training, mentor team members, promote best practices, and foster a culture of cleanliness, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the hotel.
  • Support operational excellence: Partner with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for guests and Team Members alike.
  • Monitor incidents and maintenance needs: Investigate hygiene-related issues, report potential risks, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences and maintain exceptional hospitality standards.
