Job Summary

Oversees HVAC Installers. Continue to coach installers on best practices. Help improve install skills, coach on how to be thorough yet efficient during an install. Our goal is to create a career for our installers thru coaching and leading by example. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with dispatch & other QC supervisors.
  • Set goals and track progression.
  • Continuously train installers to be the best.
  • Provide field support for all installers.

Education & Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience working in both HVAC Install and HVAC Service field.

EPA certification required.

NATE certification preferred.

Strong technical skills in 2-staged, communication systems, and zone controls.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Must be able to continually stand, walk, climb, ascend/descend ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, and crouch, frequently in tight spaces, for extended periods of time, in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Must be able to continually use hands/fingers to handle, feel, utilize tools, and operate machinery.

Work Environment & Conditions

Hybrid environment including interior and exterior of buildings and customers' residential properties. May require exposure to weather conditions, dusts, and mists that may be present while working outdoors. Exposure to chemicals may occur. Use of personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety goggles, gloves, shield, and mask or respirator may required.

Must be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license and insurable driving history.

Must pass background screen, drug test, and motor vehicle records check.

Work Schedule

  • Generally, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, rotating Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; some periodic schedule flexibility may be required at peak times or due to seasonality or other business needs.
