Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our HVAC Program. This is a part- time , professional position reporting directly to the Dean of Education . The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC/R courses . Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, and participate in department training, meetings and graduation .
Requirements
- Completion of an HVAC/R program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma; an associate degree is preferred but not required.
- Certifications: HVAC License or Registered HVAC Apprentice EPA Universal NACE Certification is desired but not required
- HVAC License or Registered HVAC Apprentice
- EPA Universal
- NACE Certification is desired but not required
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred
