Company culture and employee engagement

• Promote company values and embed them in the daily work environment.
• Organize celebrations for birthdays, work anniversaries, promotions, and achievements, and plan seasonal events including Ramadan, Eid, and Saudi National Day.
• Develop recognition and rewards programs, welcome and onboard new employees, and measure employee satisfaction and engagement with recommendations to management.

Performance management

• Manage the performance review cycle and ensure managers complete evaluations on time.
• Collaborate with department managers to establish performance objectives and KPIs.
• Conduct fair evaluations, address underperformance, facilitate employee feedback, and support constructive communication.
• Monitor Performance Improvement Plans, follow up on progress, recommend appropriate actions, and report evaluation results to management.

Learning and development

• Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and job requirements, then develop the annual training plan and budget.
• Coordinate with training providers, enroll employees, monitor attendance, and evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records for all employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience; Learning & Development or Performance Management experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to balance approachability and engagement with fairness and firmness.
• Excellent ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and local training platforms such as Hadaf and Doroob.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English; strong command of Microsoft Excel and standard office productivity tools.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience organizing corporate events or managing Employee Experience initiatives is preferred.
• CIPD, SHRM, or relevant training and development certifications are preferred.
• Experience with HR systems, particularly Odoo, and previous retail or e-commerce experience are preferred.
