Job Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist based in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- **Manage employee affairs and HR administrative processes.**
- **Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.**
- **Handle and manage government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development portals.**
- **Prepare, track, and manage employee leave requests and records.**
- **Maintain, organize, and update employee files and documentation.**
- **Support employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues.**
Qualifications
- **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (Fresh Graduate).**
- **Experience or practical exposure in the Human Resources field.**
- **Strong personnel administration and employee relations skills.**
- **Good knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.**
- **Strong communication and organizational skills.**
- **Ability to work effectively in a team environment.**
