Roles and responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and reporting structures under HR leadership guidance.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate appointments.
• Manage performance appraisal documentation and filing.
• Support individual development plan updates with the HRBP.
• Enter employee feedback and survey responses into HR systems confidentially.
• Compile and validate data for HR reports.
• Support goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Assist with training-needs identification and learning program coordination.
• Maintain records in compliance with Qatar labor law and internal policies.
• Support employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.

Candidate qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience across various HR functions.
• HR diploma or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and ERP systems.
