Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role located in Riyadh.
The HR professional will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits administration, and providing support in personnel management.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and collaborating with department heads to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration processes
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including employee relations and performance management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
