- Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks an experienced Human Resources Partner to join the HR team to support the development and implementation of various human resource functions in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
- As an HR Partner a typical day might include the following:
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain broad knowledge of one or more areas of Human Resources
- Coach and partner with employees and leaders as it relates to HR area(s).
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations; maintain legal documentation.
- Interpret, explain, and advise others on human resources guidance, policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
- Maintain broad understanding of data relevant to HR area(s); manages reporting requests and interprets data for others.
- Work independently using initiative to propose solutions to problems.
