• As an Application Engineer in Sales and Customer Service, you will help customers apply SEL protection and control devices, solve application challenges and assist customers from utilities, and industrials background solve problems!
• As an Application Engineer, a typical day might include the following:
• Helping customers apply SEL products through visits, demonstrations, training courses, emails and telephone contact.
• Developing expertise in power systems, metering, protection, and SEL products.
• Sharing your knowledge and experience to enhance the quality of our customer support.
• Authoring technical papers, application guides, application videos and presentations.
• Solving problems, working in and leading technical teams and answering engineering and testing questions.
• Supporting achieving our sales goals, our Engineering Services group and our SEL University where needed.
• Ensuring yours and the teams safety throughout the day.
