Job Objective
Execute all HR operations with high accuracy and ensure compliance with governmental systems and manage transactions through official platforms efficiently without delays or errors.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute operations through the platforms of the Social Insurance Authority efficiently.
Oversee the employee lifecycle from hiring to termination.
Prepare and update contracts, monitor residency permits, and transfer services.
Monitor work permits and renewals and job updates.
Verify employee data in internal and external systems.
Support payroll operations by reviewing data, adjustments, and deductions.
Prepare periodic reports on employee status and compliance.
Monitor critical dates such as termination and renewals.
Document operations and ensure their readiness for review.

Experience
of no less than two years in HR operations.
Experience
in Saudi governmental platforms is essential.
Familiarity with the Saudi labor system.
