About the Role

We’re hiring a Human Resources Officer (HR Officer) to run core HR operations end-to-end—recruitment and onboarding, HR administration, employee relations support, and recurring HR cycles like attendance, payroll inputs, and performance documentation.

This role is designed for an HR professional who is hands-on, discreet with sensitive information, and comfortable coordinating across managers to keep HR execution consistent and compliant.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to execute end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding
  • Strong HR administration skills: maintaining employee files, contracts, and HR documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of labor law and practical HR compliance for day-to-day operations
  • Employee relations capability: handling grievances and disciplinary processes with sound judgment and clear documentation
  • Payroll and attendance support experience: coordinating timesheets/leave records and liaising with payroll processing
  • Ability to implement HR policies consistently and support updates to SOPs and employee handbook content
  • Experience supporting performance management cycles: appraisal coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Training coordination skills: scheduling, tracking completion, and maintaining training records
  • HR reporting capability: producing routine metrics and updates (e.g., headcount, hiring pipeline, attrition, leave)
  • Proficiency with HR tools: HRIS/ATS basics, spreadsheets, and document workflows
