1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job vacancies on platforms such as Indeed
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Handle employee concerns and grievances
- Support disciplinary processes when required
3. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, policies)
- Ensure all employee files are accurate and up to date
- Liaise with PRO on government-related requirements, i.e. visa and MOHRE
4. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Track employee performance reviews
- Support development plans and training initiatives
5. Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing
- Manage leave records, attendance, and benefits
- Coordinate with finance for salary-related matters
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
