We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer - Recruitment to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source qualified candidates, and support hiring managers in meeting staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports as required.
- Stay updated on UAE labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in HR Recruitment; experienced in real estate industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
- Experience in recruitment and HR coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, and professional attitude.
