Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience in Qatar.
- Construction industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in employee relations and payroll management.
- Sound knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HR documentation and employee records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee files, employment contracts, and confidential HR documents.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
- Manage HR documentation, renewals, and administrative tasks.
- Support payroll management and maintain employee records.
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.
- Ensure HR processes comply with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
