Candidzone seeks an experienced Architectural Inspector for a consultancy project in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Conduct architectural inspections at the project site.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural works, materials, and workmanship; identify and report quality issues and deviations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Maintain inspection records and prepare site reports.
- Ensure architectural works meet project requirements and applicable standards.
Requirements
- BSc in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience and proven consultancy experience.
- Strong experience in architectural inspection and construction projects.
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
