Job Objective
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our Medical center If you have a strong HR background and leadership skills, we’d hear from you!
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee performance management, training, and development programs
- Ensure legal compliance with Saudi labor law and HR regulations
- Supervise payroll, benefits, and compensation activities
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
Qualifications
and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role
Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems
