Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our Jeddah office.
In this comprehensive role, you will be the cornerstone of our people strategy, overseeing all aspects of HR, including operations, talent acquisition, organizational development (OD), and culture enhancement.
You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring that our HR initiatives align with LePure creative and operational objectives, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
Strategic HR & Operations
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with LePure vision, business objectives, and operational needs.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with all Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive structures that attract and retain top talent.
- Maintain organized employee records, manage HR systems, and handle employee relations with discretion and professionalism.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier talent for various roles, from creative to operational and manpower functions.
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to seamlessly integrate new hires into the Le Pure culture.
- Manage the performance management cycle, working with managers to set KPIs, conduct evaluations, and facilitate feedback sessions.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Drive initiatives to improve and sustain a positive, innovative, and inclusive organizational culture.
- Lead employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and recognition systems to boost morale and retention.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational design to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
- Comprehensive experience across all HR functions (Operations, Recruitment, OD, Culture, Employee Relations).
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
