Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic
HR Manager
to lead and drive our human resources function.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, strategic HR expertise, and a stable career track record.
This role requires a bilingual professional (Arabic & English) who can effectively partner with leadership and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition to attract high-quality, stable candidates
- Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
- Manage compensation & benefits structure and benchmarking
- Support leadership in organizational restructuring and workforce planning
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor the HR team
Key Requirements
- **Experience:**
Minimum
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- , with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role
- **Career Stability:**
- Proven track record of
- long-term tenure (non-job hopper)
- **Language:**
- Fluent in Arabic and English
(Mandatory)
- **Education:**
- MBA in Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
Certifications (Highly Preferred)
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
- Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP)
- AIHR Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR Certifications)
