Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Dubai.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and alignment of HR policies with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
will also involve designing and implementing HR strategies, managing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
As a strategic partner, the HR manager will work closely with management to foster an engaging and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
- Proficiency in developing HR Policies, Workforce Planning, and Compliance
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Strong knowledge of Training, Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams
